Apart from these Resource Persons Superintendents of Police, Mr. Rahul Goswami was the chief guest of the Seminar. The seminar was chaired by the Secretary of the institution, Ms Iftesham Seikh. Delegates from the different parts of country participated in the seminar and presented their papers in the technical session of both the days. With the presence of all the dignitaries the seminar became successful.
