Every year we celebrate our annual sports day in the month of January .The program started with the National Anthem followed by release of balloons and white pigeons by dignitaries. Students and teachers participate in the different event of sports. The whole program concludes with the prize distribution ceremony.

We celebrate the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on 23rd January at our college premises.
We organize the Republic Day every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India, and the country’s transition to a republic which came into effect on 26 January 1950.

On the auspicious day of Saraswati Puja, the students and staff come together to seek the blessings of the goddess of knowledge, music, art and culture. At the end of the prayer, we serve ‘Prasad ‘ to everyone present there.

On 21st February we observe International Mother Language Day to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and promote multilingualism. Every year on this day we publish a language oriented magazine, named,
 
We conduct Educational Excursion so that students can enjoy the beauty of nature and learn from the society and gain experience by doing some real life activities. Our faculty members accompany as well as guide them throughout the tour.
 
We celebrated the vibrant spring festival ‘Basanta Utsav’ in the college premises. The event is a delightful blend of songs, dance and drama showcasing the cultural richness of the season.
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore we conduct cultural program where students and teachers perform to pay tribute to the noble personality, Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
To celebrate the birth anniversary of our founder late Ramjan Ali Sk we organize social awareness program regarding health and education on 8th August at the community nearby to our institute. To make the day more special we also conduct tree plantation drive at our college campus.
Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15 August for commemorating the nation’s independence from the United Kingdom on 15 August 1947. Flag-hoisting ceremonies and cultural programs take place at our premises. The cultural extravaganza starts with a patriotic song and speeches by dignitaries explaining the significance of that day followed by a series of mesmerizing dances, patriotic songs.
 
The teachers’ day is celebrated in the college premises on 5th September. It is a moment of reflection and gratitude where the students and teacher gather to honor the teaching profession. Our beloved students organize program to create beautiful memories for the teachers.
 

We celebrate the foundation day of our institute along with the birth anniversary of pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar on 26th September every year. The program begins with the invocation song sung by the students followed by the lighting of the lamp by the guest. We organize different cultural programs to celebrate the day. Annual prizes for academic performances are also given on this day. Students who have passed earlier from our institute also come on this day to join the program.

Agomani is a traditional ceremony in which Goddess Durga is invoked on earth to dispel darkness from every corner, spread enlightenment and make every existence auspicious. ‘Dhunuchi Nach’.

The placement drive at Vidyasagar Teachers Training Institute aimed to bridge the gap between training institute and schools by providing a platform for trainee teachers to showcase their skills and competencies. On 03/04/2024, Principal of Delhi Public International School -Chatta and her team came to Vidyasagar Teachers Training Institute to recruit teachers as per their requirement. Students of B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. sections attended the programme. The placement drive was a resounding success.
